Our Vision As A Church Is...

Transforming people into fully devoted followers of Christ.

We will accomplish this by:

A. Evangelism: Sharing the message of God’s love and good news locally and globally (Matthew 28:19, Mark 12:31)
B. Discipleship: Teaching and helping believers to grow spiritually into the likeness of Christ (Matthew 28:20, 1 Tim 4:11-12)
C. Worship: Expressing our love for God through praise (Psalm 34:3)
D. Service: To see believers using their time, talents and treasure through opportunities He gives us to benefit others (Romans 12:3-8, Ephesians 2:10)
E. Community / Fellowship: In love, encouraging, caring and holding each other accountable (Acts 2:42-44)

A Fully Devoted Follower of Christ: accepts Christ as Lord and Saviour; has obeyed His command to be baptized; loves God more than anything or anyone; obeys Christ’s command to “love your neighbour as yourself” and demonstrates service to others as a way of  life; strives to remain in constant communication with God; studies His Word daily; seeks to live by it and confesses disobedience; and humbly considers others to be better than himself or herself.

Our Affiliation
King Bible Church is a member of the Associated Gospel Churches. As an autonomous congregation, we share a rich relationship with about 150 churches across Canada.

About Salvation
Salvation is God's free gift to us but we must accept it. We can never make up for our sin by self-improvement or good works. Only by trusting in Jesus Christ as God's offer of forgiveness can anyone be saved from sin's penalty. When we turn from our self-ruled life and turn to Jesus in faith we are saved.

About Baptism
Baptism provides a reasonable test of our faith in Christ. It also provides a needed vehicle for expression of that faith. Baptism provides tangible assurance of salvation. It provides a common experience for unity. It is a meaningful symbol of the cleansing available in Christ. Baptism is something everyone who accepts the Lordship of Christ should want to do.
