Finances
- Once you are accepted by Word of Life as a short-term missionary, you may solicit and receive tax-deductible contributions for your missionary trip. Word of Life will send tax receipts to each donor.
- As you raise financial support, Word of Life can help by showing you how to publish prayer letters, contact churches and hold informational meetings.
- While donors provide funds for the cost of your missionary trip, you must be prepared to handle your own personal or incidental expenses. These items include airport taxes, clothing and such travel equipment as suitcases and garment bags.
- To help you raise financial support, Word of Life is able to furnish a 5 minute video for you to show at home, in churches, or during other presentations. The video provides narrated footage of previous Mission Outreach trips and shows results of this unique ministry. Please contact the office if you are interested.
What's Included In Your Price? Published prices for each missionary include all meals and lodging, round trip airfare, ground transportation and one week of Boot Camp at the Word of Life Bible Institute. The non-refundable $25 processing fee is additional. Published prices are estimates in US dollars and are subject to increase.
